RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY?
We want to make sure that you find the perfect product. So if something goes wrong for any reason, contact our customer care at 0304-0001188 within 3 days of delivery and we shall make the exchange (if stock allows us).
You have 3 days from the date of delivery to claim for the return or exchange if:
- The product is damaged, defected or incomplete.
- The product received does not match the SKU ordered.
- Products purchased directly from our website must be referred and returned to our customer services department reachable at 0304-0001188 for a return and full refund to be made.
- Online purchases cannot currently be returned in-store.
The product/s must be unused, in the original packaging with labels and protective stickers attached.
Exchanges and refunds during a sale or on a discounted product are ONLY applicable if the product received does not match the product you have ordered.
For hygiene reasons, products packaged in shops such as oils and sample packs and agar wood are not taken back or exchanged.
We reserve the right to validate or invalidate the return of a product depending on the condition in which it is returned. The refund is made in the same form as the initial payment within 30 days of the return of the item (subject to validation).
HOW DO I APPLY FOR THE RETURN?
- To return an item, please whatsapp us at our customer service number 0304-0001188 with the images of defected/ wrong products with the return reason and order details.
- Once our customer support team approves the return you will be requested to send the parcel to our customer service address.
- Please note that you are responsible for shipping and handling costs associated with returning the items to us.
WHEN WILL MY RETURN BE PROCESSED?
- We aim to process all returns with 5-7 working days of receipt.
- During busy periods please allow up to 14 working days for your return to be processed.
DO YOU OFFER REFUND?
- We have a ‘No Refund’ policy. However, refunds may be allowed in exceptional cases wherein the product is out of stock. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s).
- In the case of REFUND shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
- The minimum period for processing refund is 6-7 working days depending on the mode of payment.
- Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
Our sales staff will be calling you over the phone to confirm the order. Once the order is confirmed it is processed shipment within 3-4 working days. You can cancel your order by calling us or leaving us a message on whatsapp at 0304-0001188 (clearly marking ORDER CANCELLED) within 24 hours of confirmation. Once the order is shipped the ‘Return and Exchange Policy’ will apply.
We may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons may include, the item being out of stock, pricing errors etc.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Delivery charges of PKR 300 are applicable on all orders below PKR 3,000. Our sales staff will be calling you for order confirmation. Orders will be processed after the confirmation.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) please pay the rider before opening the package. For queries contact our customer Service centre at 0304-0001188.
- The estimated average Delivery time across Pakistan is 5-6 working days (from the date of dispatch) for the major cities. For remote areas delivery can take longer.
- You are requested to be available on the provided contact number so courier can reach you and deliver the order conveniently.
- Timely delivery is subjected to availability of the articles and prompt order confirmation. Since timely delivery is dependent on the courier service, we are not responsible for exceptional delays.
- During festive seasons (e.g. Eid ul FItr and Eid ul Azha) both order processing and delivery may take longer than usual.
