SHIPPING AND HANDLING

We provide free doorstep delivery across Pakistan. Our sales staff will be calling you for order confirmation. Orders will be processed after the confirmation.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) please pay the rider before opening the package. For queries contact our customer Service centre at 0304-0001188.

DELIVERY TIME

  • The estimated average Delivery time across Pakistan is 5-6 working days (from the date of dispatch) for the major cities. For remote areas delivery can take longer.
  • You are requested to be available on the provided contact number so courier can reach you and deliver the order conveniently.
  • Timely delivery is subjected to availability of the articles and prompt order confirmation. Since timely delivery is dependent on the courier service, we are not responsible for exceptional delays.
  • During festive seasons (e.g. Eid ul FItr and Eid ul Azha) both order processing and delivery may take longer than usual.

ORDER CANCELLATION

 

·         Our sales staff will be calling you over the phone to confirm the order. Once the order is confirmed it is processed shipment within 3-4 working days. You can cancel your order by calling us or leaving us a message on whatsapp at 0304-0001188 (clearly marking ORDER CANCELLED) within 24 hours of confirmation. Once the order is shipped the ‘Return and Exchange Policy’ will apply.

 

·         We may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons may include, the item being out of stock, pricing errors etc.
